I’m Adam Parsons, a Ph.D. student in American History at Syracuse University. My work focuses on the formation of the evangelical identity in what I’m increasingly referring to as the long 1970s.
Evangelical Ephemera is my research blog. I use it partly to keep myself motivated to regularly spend time in my sources, and partly to share the fascinating material I find. I post new items daily, usually without comment, but I’ll occasionally offer longer pieces as well - some general introductions to a topic, and some reflections on more complex phenomena.
